For clarification
Full animation: All animation allowed but keep it tasteful
Limited animation: Slight animation, movement of eyes, hair, fur, tasteful sparkling etc.

Colorizing, monochrome or hue to match tag: Changing of hue of the whole tube-Image to match tag.
Use with other art: If this is allowed by DAH artists then all artists copyrights have to be on the creation.
Blank tags are NOT permitted, they have to have name or text like Hello and so forth.
Headers in stationery need prominent text (saying or word art that stands out) if other is not stated by artist.
Side border stationery do not need prominent text on.
Avatars need to have at least initial on.
Artist copyright and your licensing info has to be on all tags.
